Hydrology is the science which deals with the waters of the earth, their occurrence, circulation and distribution on the planet,
their physical and chemical properties and their interactions with the physical and biological environment,
including their responses to human activity.
Hydrology is a field which covers the entire history of the cycle of water on the earth. (IHD,UNESCO,1964)

気象（地球物理）、水文地質（地質学）、水質（地球化学）、水収支・シミュレーション（水文学、計算機演算）など、水環境に係わる多面的な応用科学（AQUAサイエンス）の専門知識、ならびにそれらのすりあわせを必要とするプロジェクトが増えつつある。
そういったプロジェクトに応じたメンバーを臨機応変に招集し、各個人の専門技術や経験を生かした相互の技術協力体制の下、問題解決のために必要な企画や方針を提示したい。同時に、小規模な事業体系の集団であることのメリットを生かし、無駄なコストをかけず、フットワークの良い技術を提供したい。
そんな思いから、平成23年4月、「スイモンLLC」を設立しました。
